1 Eligibility and Registration

The ace355 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ace355 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request government-issued identification to verify age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned.

2 Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ace355 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, nor allow any third party to use your account.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ace355 support at [email protected] immediately. ace355 will take reasonable steps to secure your account, which may include temporarily suspending access pending identity verification.

ace355 reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity checks at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to cooperate with such checks may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ace355 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers to accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi institutions.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

10 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

ace355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of bonuses.
